Dominion Voting Systems says company is the victim of barrage of fake news.

By Donald Jeffries

One of the more disturbing charges of fraud in the 2020 presidential election revolves around Dominion Voting Machines. The first allegation to make headlines was one claiming that in Antrim County, Mich., a “glitch” in software used in 47 other counties in the state, and in other states as well, transferred 6,000 votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden.

In Ware County, Ga., Dominion Voting Systems machines allegedly revealed that votes were being switched from Mr. Trump to Mr. Biden. Georgia Rep. Jody Hice quoted the results of a forensic examination to this effect in a tweet, and noted, “This is one machine in one county in one state. Did this happen elsewhere? We need to know!” Rush Limbaugh claimed, “They fed an equal number of votes for both Trump and Biden into the software, and it turns out an equal number of votes for Trump and Biden was spat out of the machine as a 26% lead for Biden.” Ware County Election Supervisor Carlos Nelson called the claim “100% fake.” Rep. Hice responded by tweeting, “GA’s leaders claim ‘no voter fraud’ but can’t defend their own argument. . . . Prove it! Investigate! The growing amount of evidence is against you.”

Few media outlets reported that an independent audit of Dominion voting machines in Michigan, conducted by Allied Security Operations Group at the behest of 13th Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer, says it found a stunning 68% error rate in vote tabulation, far exceeding the “allowable election error rate” of 0.0008% set by the Federal Election Commission. What made this more astounding was the fact the auditors discovered that the errors didn’t happen because of any “glitch,” but were in fact a feature of the software. The report stated, “We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.” In addition, the investigation found that there had been efforts to “tamper with evidence.” On Nov. 21, for instance, an “unauthorized user unsuccessfully attempted to zero out election results,” according to the auditors. In addition, all security logs from Election Day, and the days prior to and after Nov. 3, had evidently vanished. President Trump reacted to the results by tweeting his opinion, “Dominion Voting Machines are a disaster all over the country.”

State officials responded in predictable fashion. Michigan’s Attorney General Dana Nessel and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson blasted the report as “another in a long stream of misguided, vague, and dubious assertions designed to erode public confidence in the November presidential election.” The officials also described the auditing firm, which has participated in other lawsuits challenging the election results, as “partisan,” and questioned their credentials. Attorney Matthew DePerno, who represented the auditing firm, reported getting a phone call from the Michigan state bar, warning him that an investigation had been launched into a case he had tried more than a year before, about which there had not been a single complaint lodged. The state bar demanded an incredible 6,000-plus documents related to the case. DePerno labeled it as an act of intimidation on the part of the Michigan attorney general.

“In light of the news that’s breaking today, this seems very political to me,” DePerno declared. “They’re just digging for stuff!” DePerno reacted to the results of the audit by saying, “We conclude that the Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.” DePerno also referred to a handful of troubling videos, including one in which an official from Benson was caught instructing volunteers to count multiple ballots with the same signature during an audit of votes in Antrim County. Courageous whistleblower Melissa Carone was mocked on Saturday Night Live and New York Times reporter Kathy Gray tweeted that she was only hired to “clean the glass of Dominion voting machines.”

Dominion Voting Machines’s CEO responded to allegations of fraud by blaming “a dangerous and reckless disinformation campaign,” and told a Michigan Senate oversight committee that, “These people making baseless claims surely know that they are lies.” Other accusations against Dominion allege that they had received $400 million from a Swiss bank with close ties to the Chinese government a month before the election. In previous elections, Diebold voting machines were criticized for being easy to hack and open to fraud. In 2010, Dominion acquired Premier Election Solutions. (Diebold had changed its name in 2007 to distance itself from association with voting fraud among other reasons).

James and Kenneth Collier wrote extensively about the questionable “glitches” in electronic voting machines in 1992 in their essential book Votescam: The Stealing of America. Examining the programming—and the programmers of these system—is essential to getting at the truth. At this time, Dominion has aggressively and, in the minds of some, successfully defended their machines.

  1. I still have an article stashed away of back when former president obama was president. The article was written in Obama’s closing days . Obama had taken vacation in of all places Cuba arriving there just hours before the new highly controversial president of venizula had left. Then when obama left from the vacation he had taken an unscheduled detour too venizula. The article spoke of a large part of the voting population claiming that the voting machines were changing their votes to the other candidate. The article said the software for these machines had come from oakland ca. The same company that made the software for the machines in question this election . I can’t accuse any body with out knowing for sure but the times and places of key people and candidate’s in this election certainly make a dot to dot picture possible.
