Obamaniacal Tendencies . . . President Gone Power Mad?

• Obama’s rampant use of executive orders betrays U.S. workers, erodes Constitution

By Victor Thorn

On June 15, President Barack Hussein Obama delivered a Rose Garden address to announce that 800,000 illegal immigrants would be granted work permits under a quasi-amnesty program that has been informally labeled Obama’s “Dream Act executive order.” Journalist Neil Munro of The Daily Caller interrupted him by yelling, “Why do you favor foreigners over American workers?”

With millions of legal Americans unemployed—especially teens, blacks, and those with only high school diplomas—Obama introduced nearly a million more non-citizens into the labor market. Or, as immigration reform advocate Leah Durant wrote on June 20, “Millions of unemployed Americans will be forced to compete with this amnestied subgroup for jobs in the near future. . . . This demographic can ill afford the type of increased competition that Obama’s amnesty guarantees.”

This situation also holds other ramifications. First, with 800,000 illegal aliens now green-lighted, employers have an incentive to dump older workers in favor of those willing to accept lower wages. Second, more illegal aliens will be motivated to sneak their offspring across the border in hopes of abusing the loosely-based verification process. Lastly, if these amnestied lawbreakers can’t find employment, will they become eligible for food-stamps, free healthcare and other social services?

Many people are now criticizing Obama’s increasing use of executive powers, effectively bypassing the checks and balances of Congress to become a law unto himself.

Prior to signing an executive order that ushered in this ill-advised measure, Obama acknowledged in September, 2011 that the rule of law must be followed.

“This notion [that] I can somehow just change the laws unilaterally is just not true,” he said. “We are doing everything we can administratively, but there are laws on the books that I have to enforce.” Sadly, Obama completely reneged on these words less than a year later.

To illustrate the extent to which Obama is out of touch with most mainstream Americans, he issued this Dream Act executive order one week before addressing the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials. At this June 22 conference in Orlando, Obama failed to make a distinction between European immigrants that legally passed through Ellis Island and illegal Hispanics who sneak across the Rio Grande.

Via his use of situational ethics, Obama clearly feels that constitutional legalities don’t apply to citizenship. He also refused to address the issue of border security in his executive order.

With allies such as Homeland Security head Janet Napolitano and Representative Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), Obama also received praise from Mexican President Felipe Calderon, who gushed, “Thank you for the valor and courage that you had in implementing this action.” In other  words, Mexico’s president thanked Obama for breaking U.S. laws in order to facilitate his country’s illegal border-crossers.

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer called the president’s actions “backdoor amnesty.”

“America’s toughest sheriff,” Joe Arpaio, insisted, “We’re going to continue enforcing the illegal immigration laws, including state laws. We do have state laws that we enforce.”

It is now apparent that Obama implemented his executive order as a preemptive strike against the Supreme Court’s June 25 ruling that upheld Arizona’s illegal immigration policy.

New Book Reveals Disturbing Racism of Barack Obama

By Victor Thorn

Barack Obama’s entire life has been shrouded in mystery and lies, and a new book by David Maraniss confirms much of the information AMERICAN FREE PRESS has broken over the past few years, in addition to adding scores of new material. The reason this subject is of vital importance is that Obama and his handlers have engaged in fabrication so frequently, it’s uncertain whether the president can differentiate between fact and fantasy any longer.

Extending far beyond an autobiography written in 1995, Obama’s myth-making has real world implications. A case in point is the alleged murder of Osama bin Laden last May. Yet, not a single shred of physical evidence has ever been produced—not a photograph, DNA sample or videotape. What if the Obama White House said they discovered Santa Claus at the North Pole, but failed to provide any proof to corroborate their claims? Would a gullible American public fall for this fairy tale, too?

In Barack Obama: The Story, Maraniss examines the autobiography Dreams From My Father that helped define this young aspiring politician from Chicago. Dreams has been described by reviewers as a “fable” filled with “deliberate distortions.” Maraniss provides plenty of fodder to justify these labels.

Specifically, Obama invented a past New York girlfriend out of thin air, turning her into what has now been called a “composite character.” He described in his book a huge argument with her in front of a NYC playhouse in regard to why blacks were so angry—except, Obama later admitted in an interview that the incident never occurred.

Maraniss also debunks a falsehood about Obama’s Kenyan grandfather being imprisoned and tortured by the British because he helped anti-Imperial Mau Mau rebels. Witness after witness cast doubt on this story, causing Maraniss to conclude that the supposed whippings by white men were “unlikely” and “a fabrication.”

Similarly, in Dreams, Obama spun a tall-tale about his step-grandfather being killed while fighting white Dutchmen in Indonesia. In actuality, Soewarno Martodihardjo died after suffering a heart attack and falling off a chair while hanging drapes. Maraniss characterized this whopper as “a concocted myth in almost all respects.”

Obama’s yarns don’t end there. He also referred to a college friend named “Regina” who represented a true African-American that symbolized everything he desired in the fight for black rights. Unfortunately, Maraniss uncovered this individual’s true identity—a white woman named Caroline Boss.

In case anyone hasn’t noticed, each of these examples focuses on a single narrative: the black man’s oppression by whites. In fact, in almost every instance where Obama created composite characters or resorted to deceit, he did so to make racial attacks against whites. Clearly, Obama’s tactics illustrate a troublesome, lifelong psychological obsession with racial victimization.

Taken one step further, there’s ample evidence that Obama didn’t even write his own autobiography, but instead relegated the responsibility to former Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers. In Deconstructing Obama, author Jack Cashill provides reams of documentation which points to Ayers as the ghostwriter. If true, there’s so little “reality” to this phantom president that he doesn’t even possess enough of a substantive core personality to pen his own life story.

In addition to what Maraniss has provided, there are other inconsistencies in Obama’s past that have yet to be explained: his unverifiable tenure at Columbia University, his 1981 expedition to Pakistan despite a U.S. travel ban, the identity of his actual father, employment for the CIA after graduating from Harvard University, his 1996 membership in the extreme socialist New Party, a 20-year affiliation with radical black theology, his alleged homosexual dalliances with Larry Sinclair, the protection he and Attorney General Eric Holder provided for the New Black Panther Party, and of course the controversy surrounding his place of birth.
