If ever there was a man who advocates bankrupting his nation and jeopardizing the entire world to facilitate the goals of a Greater Israel, it is Admiral James A. Lyons, United States Navy, retired.
To understand this man, it should be known that he is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), an advisor to the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, as well as a member of an ardent “neocon” group called Team B II that also includes Frank Gaffney and former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director James Woolsey.
CFR is the American offshoot of the London-based Royal Institute of International Affairs, which functions as the foreign policy arm of the Rothschild banking empire.
Earlier in his career, Lyons built his reputation as “father of the Navy Seals,” in particular Navy Seal Team Six and their Red Cell counterterrorism unit (OP-06D).
Navy Seal Team Six was cited as being responsible for the alleged 2011 murder of Osama bin Laden. However, to date, not a shred of physical evidence has been offered to verify the government’s claims. Instead of presenting even a single photograph of bin Laden—not to mention his actual corpse—this elite team presumably dumped his body into the ocean even though many reports and eyewitness accounts place bin Laden’s death in December 2001.
Suspicions are understandable when Lyons’s past association with the Navy Seal Team Six are examined. In 1984, he summoned Navy Commander Richard Marcinko—his protégé at Seal Team Six—to create an “anti-terrorism” unit called Red Cell.
On the surface, Red Cell sought to test naval security around the world. To do so, according to a paper by Ola Tunander, “They planted bombs, wounded U.S. personnel and took hundreds of hostages.”
But, as Thomas B. Hunter, author of Targeted Killing: Self-Defense, Preemption, and the War on Terrorism wrote, security merely served as a smokescreen: “A portion of the [Red Cell] unit would deploy overtly to a given naval base to carry out its security mandate, while a small element would covertly infiltrate a foreign nation to carry out whatever counterterrorist activity was required.” Hunter added that these missions were “carried out on a regular basis by nations such as Israel and Great Britain.”
Considering the obvious psychopathic tendencies of Lyons, the apple didn’t fall far from from the tree with the man he groomed to form the Navy Seal Team Six Red Cell unit. Marcinko boasted in a May 4, 1992 profile: “I’m good at war. My philosophy is: Kill them before they kill us. Killing is my mission. It’s my career.”
In 1990 prosecutors found Marcinko guilty of conspiracy to defraud the government. As a result, he served 15 months in prison. Two of the men employed under Marcinko in Red Cell—Dennis Chalker and Steve Hartmann—revealed years later that their special unit served as away to move paramilitary operations known by the term “SPECWAR” around the world on covert missions. SPECWAR is defined as “U.S. Army forces organized, trained and equipped to conduct special operations with an emphasis on unconventional warfare capabilities.”
Propaganda Opens Door for 9-11 Truth
By Victor Thorn
When Admiral James A. Lyons referenced a December 22, 2011 decision by U.S. District Judge George Daniels, who found the Iranian government guilty in absentia of being complicit in the 9-11 terrorist attacks, he inadvertently opened the door to more suspicious activities that cast doubt on the official version of events.
The lawsuit in question was brought by Fiona Havlish, the widow of Donald Havlish, former senior vice president of Aon Corporation, who died on the morning of September 11, 2001.
Aon occupied a number of floors inside the WTC South Tower Building. Interestingly, one of the board members was General Richard Myers, who is often included—along with former Vice President Dick Cheney and Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld—as being among the primary coordinators of the 9-11 conspiracy. Myers eventually became the company’s director.
On the morning of September 11, 2001, Aon’s managing director was Jim Pierce, cousin of President George W. Bush. Pierce’s father, Scott Pierce, was a business partner of George Herbert Walker. Of course, the Walker family, influential Skull & Bones members who played a prominent role on Wall Street, married into the Bush family to create a political and financial dynasty. In 1985, Scott Pierce pleaded guilty to 2,000 counts of mail fraud.
The younger Pierce had scheduled a September 11 Aon meeting inside WTC 2. However, on the evening of September 10, Pierce moved part of his meeting to the nearby Millennium Hotel. The next morning Pierce watched from his new locale as 11 people in that meeting died, as well as 46 in another meeting. Ultimately, a total of 176 Aon employees perished when WTC 2 collapsed.
Pierce is related to former First Lady Barbara Bush, who recounted: “My nephew Jim Pierce narrowly escaped injury or possible death. He was scheduled to attend a meeting on the 102nd floor of the south tower, which was the second building hit. However, the night before, the meeting was moved to an adjacent building.”
Circumstances get even stranger. Beverly Eckert, the widow of Aon Vice President Sean Rooney, was one of the few individuals who refused to accept government hush money, otherwise known as the Victim Compensation Fund. A pivotal member of the 9-11 Family Steering Committee, Mrs. Eckert criticized the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (also known as the 9-11 Commission) report, saying that it was biased in deciding what evidence would be accepted or neglected.
In a December 19, 2003 USA Today column entitled “My Silence Cannot Be Bought,” Mrs. Eckert said, “I’ve chosen to go to court rather than accept a payoff from the 9-11 Victims Compensation Fund.”
Not willing to roll over and keep her mouth shut, on February 6, 2009, Mrs. Eckert personally met with President Barack Obama at the White House. Seven days later, she died in the plane crash while flying on Colgan Air Flight 3407 just outside Buffalo, N.Y.
Although bad weather was initially cited as a contributing factor, Emily Friedman of ABC News wrote: “[Colgan Air executive Chris] Collins said the plane had not reported any trouble before the crash and described the weather at the time of the crash as ‘typical’ and ‘nothing unusual.’”
Now It’s Iran Behind 9-11?
• Recent accusations Iran was behind Sept. 11 attacks are ludicrous
By Victor Thorn
In the annals of brazen newspaper propaganda, few examples compare to an April 3 Washington Times column by retired Admiral James. A. Lyons entitled “Why We Must Strike Iran.” The lunacy of this man cannot be overstated, for Lyons justifies an immediate military assault against Iran because of what he contends was their complicity in the 9-11 attacks.
He wrote: “We now have clear evidence of Iran’s direct involvement and support of al Qaeda before and after the attacks of September 11, 2001. Evidence indicates Iran, Hezbollah and al Qaeda made an alliance in the 1990s.”
Lyons based his argument on a December 22, 2011 ruling by U.S. District Judge George Daniels that said, “Iran and Hezbollah provided both material and direct support to al Qaeda in the September 11 attacks against the United States.”
Although the Iranian government was not present to deliver a defense, and despite an overwhelming amount of evidence provided in books by this author such as 9-11 EVIL: Israel’s Central Role in the September 11, 2001, Terrorist Attacks and MADE IN ISRAEL: 9-11 and the Jewish Plot Against America that Mossad agents played an integral role in organizing and implementing these attacks, Lyons followed a line of reasoning where blame for 9-11 is directed against nations on which the U.S. plans to wage war.
Namely, prior to the Afghan invasion, al Qaeda and the Taliban were named as 9-11 masterminds. Then, before the 2003 Iraq War, suddenly Saddam Hussein became a 9-11 culprit. Now, with Iran in the crosshairs, this new information has conveniently emerged out of nowhere.
As an indication of Lyons’s flawed logic, he made the following absurd comment: “This information was so devastating in implicating Iran in the September 11 attacks that the CIA tried to get it expunged from the final 9-11 Commission Report.”
Can he be serious? Is this the same CIA that fabricated information on weapons of mass destruction in Iraq to justify the U.S. military’s 2003 invasion? Yet, with what Lyons calls concrete testimony from Iranian defectors about their nation’s central role in 9-11, are American citizens to believe that the CIA has suppressed this information since 2004?
Moreover, although the government and mainstream media have criticized 9-11 truth seekers for over a decade, Lyons asks of this Iranian omission, “Was it a conspiracy?”
Lyons is so far off his rocker that in an attempt to prove this alleged conspiracy, he claimed: “That there has been no follow-up or investigations is evidence that the Iran lobby is alive and well in America. It has been able to penetrate into every level of government, as well as many respected think tanks that help influence government policy.”
If logic were a barometer of one’s sanity, Lyons would be committed to a mental institution.
Of course, it isn’t the Iranian lobby that controls Washington, but the Israeli lobby, especially the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, AIPAC.
To readily prove this point, one need only ask: How many Persians have been in the cabinets of George W. Bush and Barack Obama? As Michael Collins Piper has abundantly pointed out, Jewish-dominated organizations such as the Defense Policy Board, the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs, JINSA, the Project for a New American Century and the American Enterprise Institute guide American’s war machine with their “invisible hand.”
It is apparent that Lyons is promoting a bloodthirsty Zionist agenda. Specifically, he demands, “We certainly have more than sufficient justification to launch a devastating strike against Iran.”
Sounding even more crazed, if possible, Lyons asserts: “The failure of all previous administrations to act, it can be argued, indirectly contributed to the September 11 attacks. The difference now is that Israel must act to ensure its survival.”
Despite the real possibility of what could potentially lead to World War III, Lyons concludes by playing his trump card. “We should provide Israel with all the necessary equipment and materiel to make their strike as effective as possible. Nothing less is acceptable,” he writes.
Who Made the Most Off 9-11?
By Victor Thorn
If the peculiarities discussed about Aon Corporation weren’t enough, one of the most under-reported aspects of 9-11 merits further scrutiny. Specifically, of all the insurance money paid to 9-11 victims, 62% of the total compensation went to New York businesses in or near the World Trade Center complex. In other words, they all received a huge payoff.
Of the $38 billion in overall insurance money, $23.6 billion found its way to companies such as Aon.
Making the Myers-Pierce connection even more troublesome is the fact that Aon was one of the world’s largest reinsurance brokers, along with Marsh & McLennan.
Marsh & McLennan occupied significant office space within the WTC towers, and its chief executive was Jeffrey Greenberg, son of insurance giant AIG head Maurice Greenberg. As this newspaper reported in its 10th anniversary 9-11 issue, Greenberg Sr. profited even more handsomely from 9-11 than did WTC owner Larry Silverstein.
To illustrate Marsh’s power, prestige and influence, one of its executives, Stephen Friedman, is a member of the Trilateral Commission (TC) and the Brookings Institution. He is also a former chairman of the New York Federal Reserve, a senior partner at Goldman Sachs and a Bilderberg attendee. Friedman later became one of President George W. Bush’s top economic advisers.
TC was founded by David Rockefeller and Zbigniew Brzezinski in July, 1973, and is composed of approximately 325 elitists in business, banking and politics. It appears more than coincidental that the Greenberg family and Aon would be the recipients of so much 9-11 payoff money.
