• DHS’s “Catch and Release” protocols mean “criminals go free.”

The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is facilitating the illegal alien invasion of this country, and not just through lack of concern or complete incompetence, but through what can only be described as knowing and willful collusion.
Even more disturbing, the Obama administration is not alone, as Congress, the Supreme Court (SCOTUS), and the world’s largest security company are co-conspirators. It is a “conspiracy of collapse,” intended to bring down this once-great country and turn it into a Third-World land of suffering, race wars and barbarism for the benefit of international plutocrats.
According to a June 3, 2016 report from the conservative, nonprofit, judicial watchdog group Judicial Watch (JW), DHS financially abuses U.S. taxpayers by paying to assist illegal aliens on their journey further into this country. According to a law enforcement official in Arizona quoted by JW, “They’re telling us to put them on a bus and let them go. Just move those bodies across the country.” It seems no state is safe from the invasion.
DHS pays G4S plc to transport groups of captured illegals to another destination—e.g., from Tucson to Phoenix, Arizona—where the feds buy the invaders a bus ticket and send them on their way. Unaccompanied minors are escorted to a meeting with alleged family members.
Perhaps tellingly, G4S was the nearly decade-long employer of Omar Mateen, the Muslim who allegedly shot and killed 49 people at a homosexual bar in Orlando, Florida. The company, which also provides security services for many federal buildings, is either an incompetent “security” fraud, or an investigation is needed into possible collusion in the importation of dangerous individuals.
While the law requires that those arrested be provided a notice to appear for an immigration/deportation hearing, prior to release officials ask the illegal aliens only to “promise” to appear when contacted by the government, while federal agents don’t even bother to obtain the necessary addresses and telephone numbers. Disturbingly, a growing number of illegal entrants are from countries harboring radicalized Muslims—but DHS refuses to turn back these terrorist suspects.

“Catch and release” is the order of the day under President Barack Hussein Obama’s executive amnesty programs. Criminals go free, and the American people suffer. This is nothing new, however, as no president of the past 50 years or more has properly addressed the illegal alien invasion. “Catch and release” was practiced under George W. Bush, as well.
DHS appears to be violating applicable law in another way, as little or no effort is made to detain or deport even those who are known criminals or are carrying communicable diseases. Those who are detained are too often released, with sometimes tragic consequences, due to the 2001 SCOTUS decision, Zadvydas v. Davis (533 U.S. 678, 121 S. Ct. 2491), which permits detention of those to be deported for no more than 180 days. Since DHS and the courts cannot or will not complete the deportation process that quickly, thousands of dangerous criminals are released back into the U.S. population, where too many rape or murder again.
Senator James Mountain “Jim” Inhofe (R-Okla.) introduced S. 291, the Keep Our Communities Safe Act of 2015, in January 2015, in order to correct the problem created by SCOTUS, but it has languished without a hearing in the Senate Committee on the Judiciary.
Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council, the labor union that represents U.S. Border Patrol agents and support staff, testified before a House of Representatives subcommittee on February 4, 2016 about what he described vividly as the “chaos” in America’s southwestern border region. According to JW, Judd believes 80% of arrested illegals subsequently are released.
He stated: “Not only do we release these individuals that by law are subject to removal proceedings, we do it without any means of tracking their whereabouts. Agents believe this exploitable policy was set in place because DHS was embarrassed at the sheer number of those who choose not to follow the law.”
U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner R. Gil Kerlikowske, however, angrily denied the truth of the situation. Indeed, DHS may be seeking to retaliate for Judd’s patriotic whistleblowing. On April 18, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Robert William “Bob” Goodlatte (R-Va.) issued a public statement of concern about a Border Patrol manager’s allegations of misconduct against Judd and other union officials.
The federal government—all branches—has created and promotes the illegal alien invasion disaster, in a vicious and cynical war against the American people. It’s time to “build the wall—deport them all.” Deport the traitors in Washington, too. And since they refuse to act, it is time that state governors call up the militia to stop and reverse the invasion and destruction of our country.
