Speaking with MSNBC host Rachel Maddow on Feb. 28, former Secretary of State and failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton advocated targeting the Russian people over their country’s war with Ukraine. This would constitute a war crime, but that wouldn’t bother Clinton. This isn’t the first time she pressed U.S. policies that go after civilians. All one needs to do is go back to her views on Iraq to see this.
