AMERICAN FREE PRESS was the first news organization to regularly cover the now infamous Bilderberg meetings, the late James P. Tucker, Jr., famed ‘Bilderberg Hound,’ author of Jim Tucker’s Bilderberg Diary, spearheading the effort.

Now, Mark Anderson’s at “the scene of the crime,” as Jim was fond of saying, near Innsbruck, Austria. Mark discusses his second day in the field covering Bilderberg, which begins today, June 11, and runs through Sunday, June 14.

Dave Gahary spoke with Mark from his hotel room in Telfs, Austria, for this third update interview (11:53).

Photos of Bilderbergers; More European Media Report on Bilderberg 2015

By Mark Anderson

TELFS-BUCHEN, AUSTRIA—As Bilderberg 2015 kicks off here on Thursday, June 11, some welcome June 10 coverage of the shadowy elite group in the local paper Tiroler Tageszeitung was accented by more Bilderberg reporting by another regional German-speaking newspaper, the Kurier.

The June 11 Kurier, much like the other paper, ran a front-page teaser article with more news items about Bilderberg inside, giving respectable coverage to inform Austrians of the “interlopers” in their midst.

Meanwhile, this AMERICAN FREE PRESS writer—having contacted United States media days and weeks ahead of time about Bilderberg—has yet to find any evidence that the corporate-controlled mainstream media are responding to news tips and entire AFP articles that have been sent to them, in an effort to cut through their Bilderberg media blackout. With a few welcome exceptions, especially during Bilderberg’s earlier years, this inexcusable blackout has been pervasive throughout the elite conference’s 61-year history.

So, while European media, at least in Austria, clearly have not dropped the ball entirely, We Are Change Switzerland (WACS) activist and photographer Thomas Gasser, a six-year AFP contact, said that before he drove from Switzerland to Austria, as of June 10, he hadn’t seen any Bilderberg coverage in the usually-vigilant Swiss media.

Although Gasser seemed somewhat surprised at this, this writer worked with him and others in a Swiss observation-photographic team to try and solve the problem of Bilderbergers slipping into the super-isolated Interalpen Hotel—rendered invisible from street level by thick forest—without being seen or photographed. Regarding Bilderberg, this is the most difficult place this writer has encountered in terms of accessing the hotel or visually confirming attendees.

Last year in Denmark, the situation was the exact opposite, as photographs were taken of neoconservative Bilderberg stalwart Richard N. Pearle, International Monetary Fund chief Christine M.O. Lagarde and others as they departed their Copenhagen hotel which was along a busy street, out in the open, surrounded only by temporary but heavy-duty fencing to enlarge the security perimeter.

Thus, to get around this year’s obstacles, the AFP-WACS team visited Innsbruck Airport the evening of June 10 to understand its layout and see where private planes land and Bilderberg passengers enter the airport.

And some success was soon achieved, as initial June 11 morning reports by the WACS photographers and observers at Innsbruck airport confirmed for AFP that at least 20 and perhaps even more of the 140 Bilderberg attendees are landing there throughout the day, in order to hustle over to Interalpen. Stay tuned for photographs of some Bilderberg arrivals.

Also stay tuned for more Bilderberg 2015 dispatches, including more on Bilderberg’s “discussion” topics and what they mean, as well as more podcasts.
