Obama’s Immigration Scheme in Tatters After Judicial Ruling

It’s back to the drawing board for Barack Hussein Obama.

The president’s long sought-after “lawless amnesty” immigration give-away suffered a stinging defeat Tuesday after the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans issued a 68-page ruling that nearly guaranteed the executive action’s failure.

“Because the government is unlikely to succeed on the merits of its appeal of the injunction,” wrote the judges, “we deny the motion for stay and the request to narrow the scope of the injunction.”
