TSA Allows Illegals on Planes with no ID

TSA caught allowing illegal aliens to board planes without IDs.

In an almost incredible turn of events that illustrates the absolute contempt the Obama administration’s Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has for the rule of law, it was revealed that employees of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s agency that is charged with developing policies to protect U.S. transportation, especially in airport security and the prevention of aircraft hijacking, had been allowing illegal aliens to board aircraft in Texas.

The National Border Patrol Council (NBPC), the labor union that represents agents and support staff on the U.S. Border Patrol, released a statement that said:

TSA employees at Laredo International Airport notified Border Patrol agents last night at 11 p.m. local time that a new policy was in place that would not allow illegal aliens to fly solely using an I-862, otherwise known as the Notice to Appear form. TSA employees stated they will allow illegal aliens who had been released on their own to travel with a foreign passport or ID in addition to an I-862. We’re grateful that TSA has fixed this lapse in security, even if they won’t acknowledge it publicly. . . our commercial transportation system could have been exploited, as it was by illegal aliens nearly 13 years ago.

TSA immediately publicly attacked the statement, and “the NBPC issued a press release stating that the Border Patrol agents were willing to go under oath and give sworn statements that the TSA were lying,” and “that the surveillance footage from the airport would prove that the TSA had in fact been allowing illegal aliens to fly without verifiable identification.”

Instead of U.S. law enforcement cracking down on the flood of illegals crossing our borders, Eric Holder’s Justice Department is encouraging the influx and incredibly allowing some of these illegals to compromise airline security at the expense of protecting U.S. citizens.

In a clear sign of how detached Holder is from his duty to protect Americans who are in this country legally, he told ABC News in an interview in London about domestic American “terrorists,” that “these lone wolves, these home-grown violent extremists are people who keep me up at night.”

Looks like Holder’s not losing any sleep over illegals boarding U.S. flights without ID or the benefits and housing they receive that America’s homeless and poor can’t receive.
