Israel: The Missing Link in the JFK Assassination Conspiracy

• More and more top-notch researchers acknowledge the Israeli connection

• It’s time to forget about those extinct dinosaurs like LBJ and focus on the real monster, which has its tentacles wrapped around the planet today

Amidst the repetitive cacophony from the controlled media—echoed even in the “alternative” media—that Lyndon B. Johnson was the mastermind behind the murder of John F. Kennedy, a growing number of independent voices dared to say otherwise.

They openly endorsed the thesis—first put forth in this author’s out-of-print book, Final Judgment, first published in 1994—that Israel was a frontline player alongside the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in the JFK assassination conspiracy as a consequence of JFK’s determined efforts to prevent Israel from building nuclear weapons, the strategic cornerstone of the Jewish state’s national security policy.

Although media giant Alex Jones—sponsored by Sirius, a Jewish-controlled satellite radio conglomerate—continues to insist LBJ was behind JFK’s assassination, even endorsing the work of author Barr McClellan who makes the ridiculous, long-discredited claim that JFK assassination patsy Lee Harvey Oswald was one of the gunmen firing on Kennedy from the Texas School Book Depository in Dallas—a point Jones keeps under wraps—a lot of significant people believe differently.

For example, popular commentator Dr. Kevin Barrett, an American academic, in a piece published on Iran’s English-language website, “PressTV,” wrote that Final Judgment “makes a strong case that Israel was a leading force behind the assassination of JFK.”

Barrett cited French scholar and longstanding JFK assassination researcher, Dr. Laurent Guyenot, who has endorsed the thesis of Final Judgment.

Guyenot admitted that he had, until recently, refrained from reading Final Judgment, having been, in his words, “warned against the book’s bad reputation among most JFK researchers.” But Guyenot now says Final Judgment is “a book which is in a category by itself” in all of the vast literature on the topic and the one that presents “the really ‘unspeakable’ ” piece of the JFK assassination puzzle.

Another independent analyst, Don Fox—writing via Dr. Jim Fetzer’s column at the website VeteransToday.com—has cited Final Judgment and critiqued JFK writer James DiEugenio who, Fox pointed out, “never mentions Israel or the Mossad as having a motive to kill Kennedy.” In fact, DiEugenio has often vigorously denounced the book’s thesis.

But now even “mainstream” media elements are being forced to acknowledge that there does exist a theory implicating Israel in the assassination.

On November 16, The Dallas Morning News listed “ten popular conspiracy theories” about the assassination, including: “The Israelis theory: JFK did not support Israel’s drive to build nuclear weapons. The Israelis believed Joe Kennedy, the president’s father, was anti-Semitic and wielded influence over his son. LBJ reversed U.S. policy on Israeli nuclear arms once he became president.”

Adding to the mix was the publication of the first-ever book of JFK’s correspondence, The Letters of John F. Kennedy, edited by respected historian Martin W. Sandler.

Featuring contentious correspondence between JFK and Israeli leader David Ben-Gurion over Israel’s nuclear weapons program, Sandler referenced Final Judgment (the only book on the assassination he mentions) and asserts of its thesis that “of all the conspiracy theories, it remains one of the most intriguing.”

For daring to air the thesis, Sandler has been attacked by pro-Israel voices in the United States such as National Review and The Washington Free Beacon, edited by the son-in-law of Zionist power broker William Kristol. And in Britain, Jewish historian Simon Schama, reviewing Sandler’s book for London’s Financial Times, complained that the book “bizarrely gives space to the notion that [the] Mossad might have had a hand in the death” of JFK.

Then, in a presentation on November 16 at the John F. Kennedy Museum in Hyannis, Massachusetts (broadcast on CSPAN-2), Sandler noted there were now voices saying, in Sandler’s words: “Forget Lyndon Johnson. Forget the CIA. Forget Fidel Castro. Mossad killed Kennedy because they were so upset over what he did to Ben-Gurion.”

Responding to the obvious surprise of his audience, Sandler commented that there were “a few little bombshells we throw in [the book]”—adding they were “not proven,” a remark prompting the program moderator to laugh and say, “I hear you.”

Even Jim Marrs, author of Crossfire—once called “the big daddy of the conspiracy books on the JFK assassination”—was forced into including a passing reference (just one sentence) to the thesis of Final Judgment (but not mentioning the book) in the revised edition of his book, noting, “There is also the argument that Kennedy was opposed to Israel’s development of nuclear weapons and was demanding inspections of Israel’s Dimona nuclear plant, a position that alienated powerful Zionists.”

Marrs did mention Final Judgment in the revised bibliography of Crossfire, although that bibliography was published only on the Internet—not in the book—in order, according to Marrs, “to save space.”

In recent years Marrs had been under fire from critics who revealed he had received some $200,000 from Israeli arms dealer Arnon Milchan (a key player in Israel’s nuclear weapons program) for the rights to Crossfire when Milchan bankrolled Oliver Stone’s film, “JFK,” which avoided mentioning JFK’s secret war with Israel over nuclear weapons and the ties of multiple alleged JFK conspirators to Israel and its nuclear agenda, preferring to suggest the events in Dallas were an “inside job.”

No, the JFK assassination—just like 9-11 and the Oklahoma City bombing (and the attack on the USS Liberty)—was an “outside job.”

It’s time to forget about those extinct dinosaurs like LBJ and focus on the real monster, which has its tentacles wrapped around the planet today.

West Coast Rally Focuses on JFK Theories

• The Israeli role in the conspiracy to assassinate Kennedy has long been overlooked and dismissed by the JFK research community—a fact readers of AFP know all too well

By John Friend

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.—While protesters, activists and “conspiracy theorists” battled with police and city officials in Dallas, Texas on the 50th anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, JFK enthusiasts gathered on the West Coast in relative peace and quiet to hear from some of the experts most knowledgeable about the assassination.

Roughly 75 people, including this reporter, attended “JFK 50: Keys to Understanding the Assassination of America” conference held Friday, November 22 at the Fess Parker Hotel in beautiful Santa Barbara, California. Kennedy and his wife, Jackie, honeymooned in Santa Barbara shortly after their marriage in 1953.

The conference was organized by the Oswald Innocence Campaign, an association of some of the top JFK researchers dedicated to exposing the fact that Lee Harvey Oswald was the “Man in the Doorway” in the famous Ike Altgens photograph, demonstrating he could not have possibly been a shooter in the Texas School Book Depository, and is innocent of the murder of Kennedy.

Oswald even explained to reporters shortly after his arrest that he was a “patsy,” but that did not stop the controlled mass media and government from pinning the blame for the assassination on the enigmatic Oswald.

Featuring a number of speakers specializing in specific subjects relating to the assassination, the conference presented “cutting-edge research establishing the conspiracy and cover-up and innocence of Oswald” by a variety of experts of the assassination. Dr. Jim Fetzer was master of ceremonies.

Fetzer, the founder of Scholars for 9/11 Truth and one of the leading experts on the assassination of our 35th president, did a masterful job leading the conference, introducing guest speakers and concluding the conference with a keynote address entitled “JFK: The Assassination of America.”

Fetzer began the commemoration event by identifying the key “sponsors” of the assassination, which included the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Mafia, elements of the anti-Castro Cuban community, Texas oilmen and Israel.

Among the six shooters who Fetzer said were involved in the assassination, the one with the strongest links to the Israeli connection was Frank Sturgis, who had ties to the Meyer Lansky crime syndicate and, through it, to Israel’s man at the CIA, James Jesus Angleton, and to the state of Israel itself. It was refreshing to hear this from such a prominent scholar of the death of JFK.

The Israeli role in the conspiracy to assassinate Kennedy has long been overlooked and dismissed by the JFK research community—a fact readers of AMERICAN FREE PRESS know all too well.

Then-Vice President Lyndon Johnson and former Federal Bureau of Investigation Director J. Edgar Hoover were identified as key facilitators of the assassination, subjects explored in depth by other conference speakers.

“The Oswald Innocence Campaign has provided a mountain of substantial proof that Lee Harvey Oswald was in the doorway of the Texas School Book Depository at the time of the shooting of the president,” Don Burgess, a JFK assassination buff and attendee of the conference, explained to this reporter. “This fact, in itself, should straighten out our historical record once and for all but, of course, it will be totally ignored by the television, radio, magazines and newspapers, which are owned and operated by Zionist Jews, to enhance their own agenda of a New World Order.”

Burgess, an AFP subscriber, went on to say, “I was primarily impressed with the intensity of feelings and the devotion of these researchers of the JFK assassination and the related subjects, even after 50 years.”

Second Amendment Advocates Rally at Dealey Plaza in Dallas

• Citizens with long guns in tow celebrate Second Amendment

By Mark Anderson

DALLAS, Texas—The nearly 1,000 participants in the recent open-carry long-gun rally held in San Antonio, Texas certainly had to muster a little courage, in this tense day and age, to carry loaded AR-15s and other rifles into the plaza by the famous Alamo. But consider that a smaller but arguably bolder group of Second Amendment supporters openly carried their loaded long guns on the infamous “grassy knoll” in Dealey Plaza on November 23—one day after the 50th anniversary of the shooting of JFK, right by the spot where it happened.

The city had just held its November 22 commemoration, called “The 50th,” where JFK’s violent end was downplayed and his life and legacy were heralded with the Navy choir and several speakers. Amid all this, the city and local press claimed Dallas was trying to shed its old “city of hate” image—which emerged in the early 1960s, giving the nation the impression that gun-toting ultra-conservative Texans who drive pickup trucks somehow had a hand in the mysterious operation that made Lyndon Johnson the next president.

At Dallas’s Adolphus Hotel—where Marina Oswald and her two children stayed 50 years ago right after her husband and accused JFK assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, was plugged by strip-joint owner Jack “Ruby” Rubenstein—this writer caught up with noted We Are Change activist Luke Rudkowski and Waco, Texas citizen-journalist Matt Short. Soon thereafter, these two and several others took to Dealey Plaza on a cold, rather wet afternoon to don their long guns. Twenty activists carried AR-15s, shotguns, AK-47s and SKS models. Twenty other unarmed activists accompanied them.

Two city detectives were dispatched to observe the activists. The detectives told the activists that some passers-by frantically reported armed people on the knoll. But the activists had already given the city at least 24 hours notice that they would uphold their Texas right to openly carry long guns—even in Dealey Plaza.

“We told them [the city police] that we were going to do this,” Short told AFP.

The rally, held by Come and Take It America, started at 3 p.m. The gun-carriers marched some 15 blocks in the greater Dealey Plaza area after spending about one hour on the knoll, which was filled with visitors. The rally concluded by 6 p.m. at a local pizza joint. One of the city detectives kept tailing the activists but did not interfere. There were no reported incidents of harassment.

As Short sees it, JFK stood for openness and freedom. Thus, exercising the First Amendment just prior to November 23 with JFK-related rallies and having the gun rally November 23 in favor of the Second Amendment was their tribute to a president who many saw as a peace advocate—one who would have avoided the constant military interventionism of the modern surveillance state.

“One of the reasons I do what I do is a speech Kennedy made, where he said ‘secrecy is repugnant in a free and open society,’ ” Short said.
