Presidential candidate, filmmaker, author and American patriot Merlin L. Miller is continuing his battle against the forces who seek ruin for the United States, by taking the steps necessary to create a functioning political party concerned with the interests of America first. American Free Press caught up with Miller on September 30, a few days before his party’s first official meeting, who explained why he formed the American Eagle Party earlier this year.
“I’m very concerned with the direction our country has taken over the last several decades,” explained Miller, “and am in the process right now of forming a new political party and doing what we can do to get active and take our country back.”
“This is going to be our first annual meeting,” he said, “primarily an organizational meeting of the key people to further our infrastructure and prepare for our convention, which we’re now planning for mid-May.”
Miller plans on putting forward some congressional candidacies, including veterans and “people who we would consider truthers, who are doing everything they can to uncover the deceits that have gotten our country in such trouble,” he said.
They are also looking to put a national ticket together.
Miller attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and was classmates with some well-known military men.
“Marty was our last one on active duty,” explained Miller of his graduating class, “and of course he attained the rank of the highest officer in our armed forces, as 18th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.”
AFP asked Miller to comment on Dempsey’s job performance as head of the U.S. Armed Forces.
“I believe Marty did an incredible job walking a fine line in a political position with a lot of special interests trying to dictate the rules of the game,” he said, “and I think Marty did what he could to keep from escalating these wars and to basically be a voice for sanity in our foreign policy.”
Miller didn’t know Dempsey too well as a cadet, but after graduation they both volunteered to serve part of the summer of 1974 with the Iowa National Guard.
“I got to know Marty then, and kept in contact through class reunions,” said Miller. “He’s a great guy, and I really have great respect for Marty and his family.”
AFP asked Miller to elaborate upon the special interests that he feels Dempsey was able to avoid.
“I believe the Israeli lobbies, particularly the American Israel Public Affairs Committee and other groups that are basically Israel-firsters, are using America as their sacrificial empire to achieve their ambitions in the Middle East and ultimately for a banker-controlled New World Order,” explained Miller. “They’re dealing with some powerful forces, and somebody that’s in a political position like Marty was, it was very tough. Others up high have clearly served the Zionist establishment.”
“You know, the class of ’74 turned out to be a very interesting class,” Miller said. “We had some great successes in the military-industrial complex and in corporate American business. Unfortunately, so many of my classmates have profited out of these wars as members of the military-industrial complex.”
David H. Petraeus, a 37-year U.S. Army four-star general, at one time in charge of all coalition forces in Iraq, served as director of the Central Intelligence Agency for a little over a year until he resigned after an Federal Bureau of Investigation investigation uncovered his extramarital affair. Although federal prosecutors recommended bringing felony charges against him for providing classified information to his mistress, Petraeus was allowed to plead guilty to one misdemeanor charge of mishandling classified information.
Keith B. Alexander, another four-star U.S. Army general, served as director of the National Security Agency (NSA) and the commander of U.S. Cyber Command. Bestselling author and journalist James Bamford claims Alexander deceived the U.S. Congress on NSA warrantless wiretapping. Alexander retired in 2013 in the wake of NSA spying revelations exposed by Edward Snowden.
AFP asked if Miller believed that Zionist interests are most to blame for the damage that’s been done to the U.S. over the past several decades.
“I believe so. The Zionists want the wars especially against Israel’s enemies, and I think the Zionist lobbies have a very damaging affect within American itself. Our mainstream media is totally owned and controlled by Zionist sympathizers. I believe these wars have been engineered to pit the Christian and Muslim worlds against each other, to totally divide and conquer us in so many ways, which is ultimately destroying America.”
