Eric Holder’s Vendetta

Patriotic Americans targeted by new task force created by U.S. Justice Department.

By Victor Thorn —

On June 3, United States Attorney General Eric Holder announced that he would revive a task force comprised of U.S. federal attorneys, Federal Bureau of Investigation agents and elements of the Justice Department’s National Security Division to investigate so-called homegrown domestic terrorists, in effect to track and monitor any American he contends may be opposed to the existing world order.

“We must concern ourselves with the continued danger we face from self-radicalized individuals within our own borders who may be motivated by a variety of causes from anti-government animus to racial prejudice,” said Holder in announcing the new initiative.

On June 4, this reporter spoke with two freethinking American citizens, who contend that Holder’s power grab is nothing more than a convenient excuse to strip the citizenry of its freedom.

Ken Baxley of Georgia’s Effingham County Tea Party told AMERICAN FREE PRESS: “I feel like I’ve been on one of Holder’s lists forever, and I’m just a little guy. I’m convinced that Obama and Holder are targeting their enemies far worse than Nixon ever did. Now they’re going to extremes. This latest move by Holder is an outright attack. Since Obama never places any oversight on Holder, he can target anyone.”

When asked about the task force’s larger implications, Baxley replied: “It’s coming down from above Holder’s head. All indicators point to the White House. I’d tie it back to the IRS scandal. They’re going after anyone opposed to Obama’s policies, like conservatives, tea party members, and Christians. Look at the number of agencies investigating us.”

Baxley concluded with an astute point: “The true terrorists are those who come across our southern border and threaten this country. Holder needs to be fired for illegal gunrunning under Fast and Furious. I think they’re trying to deflect attention away from their own scandals with this task force.”

Fast and Furious refers to a now-defunct operation that was instituted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, which allowed violent Mexican drug cartels to purchase firearms in the United States and take them across the border to Mexico.

Bonnie Oleksa of Ohio’s Mansfield North Central Tea Party was even more fired up. She reiterated to AFP a similar complaint against Holder. “This guy gave guns to Mexican drug cartels and dropped all charges against the Black Panthers who intimidated voters in Philadelphia. How un-American is that?”

Able to read between the lines of Holder’s speech, Ms. Oleksa added: “Obama and Holder hate anyone that loves America and believes in our Constitution. This includes home-schoolers, Second Amendment proponents, and people like Sheriff Joe Arpaio and rancher Cliven Bundy. Holder and Obama are no different than other political dictators that call up their forces to quell dissent.”

Introducing another element to the equation, Ms. Oleksa observed: “Holder used to work for Bill Clinton’s Attorney General Janet Reno. She’s the one who started these task forces, and then Department of Homeland Security Chief Janet Napolitano continued with her own domestic terrorist list.”

Ms. Reno was the one who did Clinton’s dirty work at the Branch Davidian Church near Waco, Texas. She also was behind the official program whereby scores of government agents infiltrated a militia enclave at Elohim City that had been linked to the bombing of the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City in 1995.

Us older citizens know freedom,” said Ms. Oleksa. “We grew up with it. We’re willing to lay down our lives for future generations. I’m not going to put up with any crap from Obama and Holder. I won’t be intimidated by the likes of these two men.”
